This Motion Graphics video explains the Company Instructor Programme; a Danish education initiative aimed to strengthen work practices, quality and stability in organisations. In partnership with the University College Lillebaelt in Denmark the programme is aimed at middle managers to help improve communication between higher management and employees.
The brief and design style was open and did not need to reflect the branding of the University.
